Tanning Bed Lamps
As an owner of a tanning bed, you would be familiar with some of these terms: tanning bed lamps; tanning bulbs; tanning bed parts; tanning bed supplies. Owning a tanning bed sounds like a lot of money and trouble, but seriously, tanning beds (at least the good brands) are quite cheap to run, and if you look after them, your ongoing costs will most likely be restricted to just ELECTRICITY.
Tanning bed bulbs, most commonly referred to as tanning bed lamps are arguably the single biggest factor that distinguishes a good bed from bad one. You can have the most ergonomically designed bed that is comfortable and easy to get in/out of, but if it has the wrong tanning lamps, you might just be better off saving your money and buying some fake tan.
Each individual element, the bed, lamp, reflector system and acrylic shield, is an integral part of a precisely designed system that delivers the highest performance and maximum user benefit, but at the end of the day, it is the lamp that does the 'business'. Tanning bulbs such as the Wolff System are seen to be the best in the world. They should be, because Friedrich Wolff is known as the pioneer of UV light tanning.
Tanning bed parts are typically sourced from the manufacturer of a particular bed brand, but there is a growing mass of interchangeable parts and tanning bed supplies on the market. If it is a 'structural' part of your bed that needs replaced, then of course the part you're looking for will most probably be available only from the manufacturer of your bed. But if the tanning bed part you're chasing is a lamp or bulb, then you will have some choice. Wolff Systems offer a compatibility chart of tanning bed lamps that makes it a bit easier for you to research.
